Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with FastStep Suri. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund as per the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Products that are damaged, opened, or used are not eligible for a refund or return unless there is a defect.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products, such as personalized or customized items, cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need to include this number in the return package.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@faststepsuri.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

6. Exceptions

  • If the item is non-returnable, such as a personalized product or final sale item, it will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
