1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within the United States and internationally. For international shipping, additional customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your location.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with an order number and details of your purchase. Please keep this email for reference.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery time typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping with delivery in 2 to 3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we provide next-day delivery (availability may vary based on location).

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select. You will see the total shipping cost before finalizing your order.

4. Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. This offer is automatically applied at checkout.

5. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders: Orders within the United States will generally arrive within 5 to 7 business days after processing, depending on the shipping method selected.
  • International Orders: Delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. On average, it takes 7 to 21 business days for international shipments.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier’s website.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
  • Shipping to APO/FPO: We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

8. Order Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues may cause delays. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your package is damaged during transit or goes missing, please contact our customer service team at info@faststepsuri.com as soon as possible. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue.

10. Shipping Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order to ensure accurate delivery.

11. International Shipping & Customs Fees

For international orders, please be aware that your country may charge customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we encourage you to check with your local customs office for more information.
